Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer products and Services to you.

SECTION 4 — PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Urban Homesteading Club sells print-on-demand apparel and related products.
Most products are made to order after a customer places an order.
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, artwork, sizing information, photographs, and mockups accurately.
However, the appearance of products may vary due to:
• Screen and device settings.
• Lighting.
• Garment dye lots.
• Manufacturing variations.
• Printing methods.
• Print placement tolerances.
• Differences between digital mockups and finished physical products.
Because our products are produced individually, minor variations in print placement, color, texture, sizing, or appearance may occur.
Such normal production variations are not necessarily defects.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit, or restrict products or Services at any time, subject to applicable law.
SECTION 5 — PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Products, sizes, colors, and variants are subject to availability.
Because we work with third-party print and fulfillment partners, a product or variant may occasionally become unavailable after an order is placed.
If we are unable to fulfill an ordered item, we may contact you to offer an appropriate alternative, modification, or refund.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without notice.
SECTION 6 — ORDERS AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
When placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information, including your:

• Other information reasonably necessary to process and deliver your order.
You are responsible for reviewing your order carefully before submitting it, including:

Because products are generally made to order, production may begin soon after an order is submitted.
As a result, we cannot guarantee that cancellation, address-change, size-change, color-change, or other modification requests can be accommodated after an order has entered production.

SECTION 7 — ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION
Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order.

The price shown at checkout at the time an order is submitted generally controls, except in cases of obvious pricing, technical, or system errors.

Our products are made to order and generally require production time before shipment.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guarantees.
Delivery may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including:

• Carrier delays.
• Severe weather.
• Holidays.
• Peak-season volume.

• Transportation disruptions.

Because Urban Homesteading Club products are generally made to order, we do not offer general returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of preference unless otherwise stated.
Damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or incorrect items are handled according to our Refund Policy.
Please review our Refund Policy before placing an order for complete eligibility requirements, reporting deadlines, and instructions.
Our Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Payment is due at the time an order is submitted unless another payment arrangement is expressly offered during checkout.
Payments are processed through Shopify and approved third-party payment providers.
We do not directly store full payment-card information.

SECTION 15 — SHOPIFY
Our online store is hosted and powered by Shopify.
Shopify provides the ecommerce infrastructure that allows us to offer our products and Services.
Purchases made through Urban Homesteading Club are transactions between you and Urban Homesteading Club, not purchases from Shopify.
Shopify may process information relating to your use of our store as described in our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s own privacy policies.
SECTION 16 — PRIVACY
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Urban Homesteading Club may participate in the Google Customer Reviews program.
After completing a qualifying purchase, customers may be given the option to consent to receiving a review request from Google.
Participation is voluntary.
Customers who choose to opt in may receive communications directly from Google regarding their shopping experience.
