Free Shipping

Urban Homesteading Club offers free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75.

A flat shipping rate of $4.89 applies to U.S. orders under $75.

Processing Time

All Urban Homesteading Club products are made to order. Each item is printed after your order is placed.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 7 business days.

During holidays, high-volume seasons, supply delays, severe weather, or other unexpected circumstances, processing may take longer.

Delivery Times

United States

After shipment, U.S. orders typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days.

International Orders

International delivery times vary by destination and may take approximately 10 to 30 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear after the package is received by the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

If you notice an address error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at support@urbanhomesteadingclub.com. We will do our best to help, but address changes may not be possible once an order has entered production or shipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@urbanhomesteadingclub.com with your order number so we can review the issue and help where possible.

International Duties and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country.

Urban Homesteading Club is not responsible for customs delays or unpaid customs or import fees.
